How to get create statement of an object from R/3 level

Go to SE38 and enter report RSORADDL:

Press Execute button or hit F8 to get following screen:

Here you enter the ABAP schema owner and object name and type and you would get the create statement as below:

This statement can be used to create the object in case it is missing at database level.
