Standby database switch process chain failing(ORA-30927)

Hi Folks

we recently switched  our oracle database  from primary  to standby and not standby is our primary.but after that lot of our process chain with error like as below, I am not able to find any reasons, please help

their seesm to be no sap notes available which talks about stats failue with ORA-30927
