I have changed the sap data file name using brtools from /oracle/SID/sapdata3/sr4_22/sr4.data22 [D [D [D [D [D [D [D [D [D [D [D [D [D [D [D [D [D [D2 [C [C [C [C [C [C [C [C [C [C [C [C [C [C [C [C [C [C to /oracle/SID/sapdata3/sr4_22/sr4.data22
data file is online and no alert in alert log and health check but while i am taking backup getting error like
BR0069E File name /oracle/SID/sapdata2/sr4_23/sr4.data22 not unique - backup/verification not possible
BR0069E File name /oracle/SID/sapdata3/sr4_22/sr4.data22 not unique - backup/verification not possible

BR0280I BRBACKUP time stamp: 2015-12-13 14.26.39
BR0054I BRBACKUP terminated with errors
